Foundational Leadership for Law Enforcement

Foundational Leadership for Law Enforcement is a training program designed to develop police officers in leadership and self-awareness skills.  Our grassroots program began in June of 2020 and is overseen by a professional advisory board comprised of sworn officers and civilian leaders who hold expertise in skills that are applicable to public service and leadership.

One of our civilian advisory board members made a significant contribution to understanding the well being of LEO’s during the creation of Foundational Leadership.

Jacquelyn Keaton graduated from the I-O Psychology program at University of Tennessee Chattanooga and has continued with law enforcement research.
