Core Leadership was founded to address the unique challenges faced by first responders in accessing professional development. The demanding hours, financial barriers, and societal stigmas often prevent first responders from receiving the same opportunities for growth and leadership development as leaders in other fields, such as those in Fortune 100 companies.
