We’re passionate about helping you make an impact.

We are leaders.

We are well seasoned

Our consultants are seasoned leaders - either currently via professional roles, board service or business owners. We’ve been leading inside organizations for the majority of our careers and our diversity of experience helps us be more effective.

We are professionals

We are licensed, degreed, certified. And then some. If this is important to you, it’s important to us. If we don’t have what you need, we will work to help you get what you need. Because we care about you and your success.

We are continual learners

We want to help you meet your maximum potential, whether it’s helping you build a culture you’re proud of or helping you start over. We know that to help you, we have to help our selves first through continuing education or therapy/coaching.

Who we are is how we lead.

Who we are & why we exist

PSI is a leadership development consulting firm started in 2017 and owned by Sabrina Moon.

We are a collective group of professionals, facilitators, leaders (and humans) who are seasoned at their craft and highly developed with their specific skills to support organizations with operational excellence and leadership growth.

We started this journey with people in mind. People who may not know what better looks like or who felt like they didn’t quite fit in - we help them find the tools to improve and to uncover a true sense of belonging.

What we do

We offer leadership development services via facilitation, training, workshops, coaching either on site or virtually.

We specifically focus on organizations who want to scale courageous leadership, a continuous improvement mindset and operational transparency. We teach leaders how to have uncomfortable and productive conversations - we help leaders develop human centered problem solving skills.

We deliver services to many types of organizations and various roles within them. We work with humans who are passionate about leadership or learning how to be.

Our beliefs

We believe that change is the constant inevitable thing. We believe that developing self awareness on how to navigate change is the secret to successful change.

We believe in talking about problems - it’s not a bad word. Every leader and every org has them. The only true problem to have is no problem or an unwillingness to surface them.

We believe in transparency and curiosity which requires us to name the things that might be uncomfortable and getting curious about what could be done differently.

We believe in courage. We believe in getting our hands dirty with you. We are trench people.

We believe that leaders come in all shapes, experiences, colors, sizes and mindsets, it’s not about title, it’s about a deep responsibility for people.

How we support

We spend time through our discovery method to build a relationship with you before we understand what you’re up against that prompted you to call us.

Once we determine your support needs, we will send over a scope of work outlining what support looks like. While support staff inside PSI can/will help with client engagement, Sabrina Moon will not formally engage a client or refer to a strategic partner without understanding the support need.

Once we all are aligned, both client and PSI sign an engagement agreement. Then, we go to work!

How we partner

PSI partners with other leaders, consulting experts and facilitators to provide services when we cannot deliver or have the skill set needed for our clients.

We call these folks “strategic partners.” They are vetted by us and you can learn about them through our company website.

Because of how we partner, we are able to operate more effectively, efficiently and collaboratively with our clients.

We also use subcontractors when needed to help our clients or will refer our clients to consulting experts who are better suited to support.

Occasionally, Sabrina Moon will subcontract under another consulting firm but she is an employee of PSI only.

Who we are not

We are not in place to save the day. While many of us are trauma-informed and have crisis response skills, we want to teach you and your team how to solve problems effectively so you can embed these skills into your culture.

We are not transactional, we are relational and we will show you and your team genuine care and concern.

We are not permanent installations - we want you to be the change you want to see.

Our Values in Action

Here’s how you can expect us to show up in alignment with our values:

  • Empathic Leadership:  We choose to respond empathically and you’ll notice that we are not quick to jump to solutions when you’re sharing something challenging. We listen in a way that invites you feel a little less alone.

  • Problem Solving:  We will ask you what better looks like and we want to know what isn’t working. It’s ok to have a problem or many of them. We will normalize these discussions so you can relax about having them. Having problems is normal as a human and an organization.

  • Inclusion:  Everyone belongs at the table. We are intentional about this and you can expect hard conversations about the behaviors and mindsets that invite exclusion or shame for our differences.

  • Courage:  We continually show up in our arenas, even when it’s hard.  Because we know that there is no courage without vulnerability, you can expect us to navigate uncertainty with curiosity and grace but you can also expect us to not turn away from each other’s humanity.

  • Curiosity:  We are obsessed with learning not knowing. While it feels good to “have all the answers,” we know that our clients can uncover their best selves with some new leadership skills. So we will ask more questions versus “telling you how it should be.”

It’s time to choose courage.
