Educator Wellness Fund
We believe that leadership requires us to care deeply about our emotional impact on people and their wellbeing.
Leaders are often the people in the trenches who show up for others when the options are limited. These same leaders are often our community’s educators, who don’t give up - because if they did, the impact would be significant. In many cases, our educators are burnt out and running low on resources. We see you. And we need you.
The Educator Wellness Fund was launched in 2022 in partnership with Region 8 Education Service Center and the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne to support, aid and improve the overall well-being of educators.
