Impact
The Problem Solving Institute believes that leadership requires us to care deeply for people, humanity and altruism. So much so - that we decided to find a way to give back.
We believe that leaders are often the people in the trenches who show up when there is no other choice. These same leaders are often our community’s educators, who don’t give up because if they did, the impact would be significant.
We see you. And we need you.
The Educator Wellness Fund was launched in 2022 in partnership with Region 8 Education Service Center and the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne to support, aid and improve the overall well-being of educators.
Additional details on grant criteria are coming soon.
Grant applications for educators will begin in the summer of 2023.
